membership
In these terms and
conditions Fashion Forward
shall mean Fashion Forward
UK Ltd
Membership is for a minimum
of 12 months.
Members wishing to cancel
their membership after 12
months must do so in writing
to Fashion Forward, giving a
minimum of 30 days notice.
Subscriptions are payable in
sterling only.
No refunds will be made on
memberships.
Member details are held and
are subject to the Fashion
Forward privacy policy.
Membership of Fashion
Forward may not be assigned
or transferred to any other
person or entity.
Fashion Forward will not
disclose any membership
contact details to any third
party.
If a member requests
termination of Fashion
Forward membership, all
personal data and records
will be removed from our
membership database.
Each Member must keep their
username and password
strictly confidential.
Members agree to register
details about themselves
that are true and that they
will never impersonate any
other person.
Members agree to adhere to
the following sale rules:
Fashion Forward sales are
open only to people over the
age of 16.
Entry will be permitted only
to those who have
pre-registered for sales.
All items are sold as seen
at showrooms. No refunds
will be given.
Care must be taken when
trying on garments and no
make-up transferred on to
the garments.
Members expressly understand
and agree that Fashion
Forward shall not be liable
to them for failure of
performance, error,
omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in
operation, communications
line failure, theft or
destruction under any
circumstances.
Where there are any
amendments made to the terms
and conditions of
membership, members will be
notified in writing.
