If I become a member will I have to pay to come to sales? |
Absolutely not. Annual membership gives you free entry to all Fashion Forward sales.

Are all the samples size 8-10? |
Our samples are usually size 6-18. This does vary by collection. It’s always best to check first what sizes are going to be available at a particular sale.

Are the showrooms easy to get to? |
Yes - they are all very centrally located, mostly in London W1.

What are the showrooms like? Are they a pleasant environment? |
They are like upmarket stores. We limit numbers at sales to make sure they don’t turn into rugby scrums.

What sort of clothes and accessories do you have for sale? |
Everything from jeans to luxurious evening dresses, tops, shirts, knitwear, skirts, trousers, suits, dresses, jackets, coats, leathers, gym-wear, scarves, shoes, handbags and jewellery.

Can I pay by credit card at the sales? |
Some showrooms accept credit cards, some don’t. You will always be told prior to a sale which forms of payment are accepted and should come prepared.

What age do you cater for? |
Age 16-86 and all ages in between! Last season we sold a prom dress to a 16 year old and a coat to an 86 year old. We sell a huge variety of collections and styles.

I haven’t heard of some of the collections you carry. How do I know whether I will like them? |
We stock over
50 collections that vary immensely. We give website details for each collection, so members can check out styling. Many members have discovered new collections through Fashion Forward that have now become their firm favourites.

I waste time shopping because I never know what suits me. Will I get personal shopping advice at Fashion Forward sales? |
Advice is always on hand at our sales. And if you would like specialist one-to-one assistance, we can recommend a stylist or personal shopping expert from our preferred list. Just e-mail or call us for further information.

Where are these collections sold once they arrive in the shops? |
In the top department stores and small independent boutiques. You’d have to travel the length and breadth of the UK to find all the collections available to our members.

In what months are the sales held? |
We have two seasons. The spring season is March to May and the autumn season is September to November. There are approximately
15 sales in each season.

What happens once I sign up for membership? |
You’ll receive a welcome letter and become part of our privileged club. You’re automatically invited to all sales and our special member events.
